The Uji Sencha Powder contains finely ground green tea leaves harvested in Uji, Kyoto. Prepared the same way as matcha, this powdered sencha is more concentrated in antioxidants than steeped loose-leaf sencha tea. Sencha green tea is grown in complete sunlight, unlike matcha which is straw-shaded. This powder can also be used for cooking and baking green tea flavor desserts and pastries.

- To prepare, dissolve 0.6 g of powder into 100 ml of water
