At IPPINKA, we work hard to curate products that are functional and well-made, so that you can treasure the items you purchase. However, we understand sometimes a purchase just doesn’t work out. No matter what the reason is, we have a No Questions Asked Return Policy (excluding products that have been specifically marked as final sale).
How It Works:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of customers receiving the package
- Items must be in new condition with the original packaging
- Email cs[at]ippinka.com with a return request
- We will respond with a RMA number along with details of where to send the return
- Customer will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back using a trackable and insured method
- Upon receiving your return, we will verify the contents and issue you a refund less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
- Restocking fee can be waived when refund is received in the form of store credit (case by case scenario)
Tip: ensure your return arrives safely by using an adequate amount of cushion.
