“I used these today to reheat some French fries. They came out very crunchy and tasty. A handy item. Am going to try a toasted cheese sandwich next.” – Th (Source)

“There will be limitations as to what you can actually produce in your drop-down slot toaster versus what you’d do in a horizontal toaster oven, but that will be dependent on the depth and width and clasping action of your particular toaster.

What will be consistent are the product promises: you can heat or reheat and get a crispy, golden-brown crust or coating on your sandwich or tart or what have you, without fail.

The bag is really roomy — so much so that I had to sort of fold the edge and corner on one side to get it in. But this just means it will accommodate a sandwich or serving stuffed the way you like it, again as long as your toaster slots will take it.

Mess is kept in the pouch — There’s no leaking.

You MAY (or probably WILL) see spotting as grease contacts the mesh construction of the bags, but it’s not really seeping in. It just seems to be the “cost of doing business” and will not feel greasy after a washing even if it’s still visible.

It’s big enough to fit your hand and your sponge in to wash. Remove solids as best you can beforehand, and use dish soap and water and sponge as you would in any dish washing task. I have not used these in the dish washer, so cannot comment, but do hang them upside down as open as possible (I hang them on a wooden spoon handle protruding from the utensil cup on my drain board) and these will give you plenty of low maintenance use.” – Cas Marino (Source)

“At last a toasty warm sandwich on my lunch break. I’m NOT a morning person so I love that I can put my sandwich together the night before and then just pop it in the toaster in my Toastabag in the breakroom and Voila! hot lunch. My co-workers were so jealous when they smelled and saw my golden gooey cheese sandwich. Toastabags are definitely treasures!!” – CheshireRose (Source)
