    “I bought this product for an unusual application, the stirring of milk during pasteurisation in preparation for making cheese. Stirring prevents the formation of skin on the milk. It is perfect. It does exactly what I need. I have also used it for stirring soups and stew, there is no burning at all. The strong motor means it can cope with quite thick mixtures.” – DMF, Dec 1, 2014

    “I love this item. Its good quality cleverly designed and seems to do the job well enough. I bought it as a time saving device for my wife who does most of the cooking. It arrived just in time for christmas so I wrapped it up as an extra present. It was a bit unfortunate that when she opened the wrapping the box says ” No more burned food!” Now I do all the cooking, so I guess it saved her no end of time.
