The Uji Hojicha Powder contains finely ground roasted green tea leaves from Uji in Kyoto. Prepared the same way as matcha, this powdered hojicha is more concentrated in antioxidants than steeped loose-leaf hojicha. Due to the roasting process, hojicha is low caffeine and is rich in nutty, coffee-like flavor. Perfect for making blended drinks and tasteful desserts.
