Seaweed Salt

$15.00$25.00

The Seaweed Salt (Moshio) is made in Awajishima, Japan from seawater and seaweed. Unlike regular sea salt, which is derived only from seawater, it incorporates both, giving it a mild saltiness with a subtle seaweed aroma and gentle umami depth. Produced in small batches, the seawater is slowly heated and allowed to crystallize. It can be used across a range of dishes, from grilled foods and seafood to vegetables, rice, and soups.
