This Matcha Ice Cream Mix lets you make instant gelato-like dessert at home! It contains finely ground green tea leaves from Uji in Kyoto, the birthplace of matcha. Simply add milk, whisk until creamy, and leave it in the freezer for three hours to create a refreshing antioxidant-packed frozen treat!
*Avoid direct sunlight, extreme temperature, or high humidity.
- To use, put a pack of Uji matcha ice cream mix (70 g) into a bowl. Add 200 ml of cold milk and stir well for about 2 minutes until creamy. Place in the freezer for three hours
