These beautiful Gradient Haze Candles are traditional Japanese candles called warosoku. Using ancient candle-making techniques, wax from hazenoki tree is applied, by hand, layer by layer to the wick made of washi paper, cotton, and rush grass. The candles produce a brighter flame for 90 minutes without smoke or drippage, making them safe for indoor use. Handmade in Saitama, Japan.
