Konnyaku or shirataki are traditional Japanese noodles made from the konjac yam. Renowned as “miracle noodles”, they’re low-calorie and fiber-rich, catering to health-conscious individuals. Unlike conventional water-packed shirataki, this innovative dried version offers enhanced convenience for storage and preparation.

To prepare, soak in hot water for 5 to 7 minutes, then drain and lightly rinse. A quick rinse with cold water reduces calories to approximately 28 kcal and sugar content to approximately 6 g per serving.
