All hoodies are comfortable. They are sewn to give lots of room, and use fabric that is soft and thick for comfort and warmth. There are many styles, designs, and colours of them. Because of that, obviously, there are different price points making a purchase possible for anyone—so for those of us on a budget, shopping for a hoodie is never out of the question. However, there is a hoodie that has an extra feature compared to other hoodies, and it needs crowd funding for regular production. The Comfy is waterproof and windproof, which you can’t readily get in hoodies, just this one. But it also looks great! The Comfy comes in different styles and is designed from fashion designer Nina Bucci. She provides input on what would be fashionable and it ultimately turns out to be. Once the creators of this hoodie merge with the Sweet Clothing company they will produce a really essential garment worn for the outdoors. The technology behind the Comfy is what makes it so pivotal in the outdoor market. The outer knit exposed when wearing the Comfy is heated with a treatment called DWR (Durable Water Resistance). Underneath that is a membrane for lining and underneath that is a mesh for breathability. Right now, there are two Comfy’s available called the Black Tacoma and Sage Camino, one black and the other green. Both neutral colours that can be suited to anyone. There’s also a second generation of Comfy in Kimono and Coast: those have extra fleece lining. Just picture yourself outside in the water splashing about getting your feet wet; or feeling a drizzle by a camp-fire; or feeling strong winds while out for a walk; anyone of these scenarios won’t get you damp or feeling cold because the Comfy is created to counter that.
