Do I have to create an account to shop?
Yes, you will need to create an account to shop at IPPINKA.
I’ve bought. When will I receive my product?
Your order will typically ship within 2 - 6 business days after product ends. Shipping time can be 3 - 10 business days, depending on your location.
You can check your order status under "View Order" in "My Accounts". We will also communicate any order status updates to you via email.
Currently, we support shipping to USA and Canada conveniently through our online checkout. International orders will need to be handled on a per order basis. Please see International Orders to learn more.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! We have a 30 day, no questions asked Return Policy. In addition, we accept exchanges if the product arrives to you damaged.
Some products come with product warranty offered by the distributor and/or manufacturer. Unless otherwise noted, IPPINKA does not handle product warranty claims.
